Type SM Huntsman with a wonderful large carved wooden nose!
Condition is amazing! I have never seen this character in such good condition.
He is from the original owner which is always a bonus.
He has super face paint and the carved nose is sitting perfectly with no cracks or defects.
The facial hair is very good, he retains a moustache and good hair with eyebrows.
This is the blond Huntsman.
The felt hat is super condition with felt bow on the front.
The red jacket looks almost new but has a small moth hole at the back.
The waistcoat is very good and he wears a yellow cravat.
He wears a white shirt collar underneath.
He has white breeches which are very good.
He has small drop lead hands.
There is a small screw at the back of the head with an extra string to the control, this is often the case on the early MacBoozles. I have never seen a screw it is usually a little nail. The entire puppet is in such wonderful condition.
It has been restrung on black thread.
He wears toggle black painted boots, they show no signs of wear to the soles.
Box is not original to the puppet but is correct type. It is in excellent condition, matching the condition of the puppet.
It is stamped SM Old Lady but this was the puppets original box.
