As with most shopping sites, when only one item is available, adding to your cart/basket doesn't secure the item until you have gone through check out and paid securely. Purchases are sent wrapped securely, all boxed puppets are sent in a second box.
Royal Mail is used to post the puppets unless a courier is required when the items weigh over 2kg and are too large for R.M sizing. Choose preferred postage at checkout, 24hr or 48hr tracked.

We are very happy to refund an item if you change your mind when you receive it, postage costs paid by buyer. Make contact first please.
All International buyers please note that import taxes will be charged, so please discuss this before returning as the items will need to be marked as 'returns' so that no extra import taxes are issued.

Reserving Items
We are happy to reserve an item for 3 days. After this if payment has not been made, it will be placed back for sale, we are sorry that we can't reserve items any longer than that or take part payments.
You might have thought our packaging was good for protecting your puppets but did you know all our packaging is environmentally friendly. We use bio-degradeable polystrene packing peanuts. Biodegradable packing peanuts are made from natural, non toxic sources, such as wheat and corn starch. They dissolve in water and can be thrown into compost piles after a single use. The air pockets are also bio-degradeable.
Our tissue paper is acid free with a neutral ph. It has countless applications in museums, archives, libraries and general long-term storage.
Boxes are recycled cardboard and should be used again if possible or recycled locally.
We didn't want you to think we weren't doing our bit for the environment.
Not sure about the piece of red material 'ribbon' but it makes the parcel look nice :))
