Here are a few of the photos and the description below.
Overall, condition is used but the issues he has are minor and can be fixed without difficulty.
He has good face paint and the carved nose is intact and still attached well to the wooden head.
He is missing one eyebrow and his moustache. The black soft real fur looks to be the type often seen on puppets such as the witch or other 1950's puppet with black fur hair, so I think it won't be difficult to match. Some Huntsman puppets have blonde or brown hair which would be more difficult to match.
The felt hat is intact, a little dusty but no holes.
The red jacket has a hole at the back on the pleat as shown in image. It also has a small hole on right lower sleeve and tiny hole top of back left sleeve. The yellow felt part of the waistcoat has no damage.
He wears a white shirt collar underneath.
He has white breeches which are slightly aged.
He has large lead hands, the screw eyes are mildly rusted.
Screw eyes at the neck are rusted.
He wears toggle black painted boots, they show no signs of wear to the soles.
Box is not original to the puppet but is correct type. It has no visible end stamp. One end is split at both sides. Condition is used. Instructions are included.
