The loyalty points have been going for over the year now, this means if there has been no activity on your account since then, the points will have dropped off. They last for 12 months.

It's been a great way to reward loyal customers and I intend to keep doing a similar thing when this ends 30/9/26. Be sure to use any points by then. Most of you, use your points every other purchase and take the £5 discount, but a few astute collectors have saved and saved! One customer used their points this week and had a massive £100 off their purchase!

I've been wondering how to take the shop forward in the best way for you and for me.

Condition and rarity is where I hope to succeed, but this means I have turned down nearly all of the collections and items that have been offered recently.

Patience pays off though and I know the best will come along, probably all at once, like buses! If you have any puppets you think would suit the shop, do please get in touch.

Now, to the wish list, I have recently been buying specifically for items which were on wish lists. I was able to make one collectors dream of many years come true, to own the Cook from the Alice in Wonderland series.

The 'wish list' puppets are sold via the members page before going on the regular pages if not required.

So, don't forget to complete the 'Wish List' and update it as your wishes change.
