About the Loyalty Program & Reward Points

 

Customers don't need to be members to earn points, but you do need to be a member to redeem them. 

Customers will be able to earn points through various actions, including becoming a member, placing an orders, even before joining the loyalty program. 

However, they can only access and redeem their earned points by logging into their account as a site member.

Earning Points:

Customers can earn loyalty points without being members of the site's loyalty program. 

Redeeming Points:

To redeem their earned points, customers need to be registered members of the loyalty program and logged into their account on the site. 

My Rewards Page:

Once logged in as a member, customers can view their point balance, available rewards, and redeem points for coupons or discounts on the "My Rewards" page.
