Purchases are sent wrapped securely, all boxed puppets are sent in a second box.
​Royal Mail is used to post the puppets unless a courier is required when the items weigh over 2kg and are too large for R.M sizing. Choose preferred postage at checkout, 24hr or 48hr tracked.
Credit/Debit Cards accepted at Check Out.
Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt, please make contact before return. Longer time when given for gifts at Christmas.
