Type SM Policeman, known as the Whistling Policeman. He is rare but his clothes are a mess! The face is good with half of the felt moustache missing and one eye has blue paint showing through the black pupil. The felt hat has damage but it still retains the foil badge. The suit is very damaged unfortunately as can be seen. It has been destroyed by critters of some kind! The contol has rusted screw eyes. No box.
