Type SS Mexican Girl. The puppet is an early version of Mexican Girl with small lead hands and real fur hair. The floral skirt is very good, the blouse is dusty. The felt hat is good but the embroidery which should be around the whole hat is only on the back. She has a good painted face with large lips. The wooden control looks home made but I have seen similar types of control used on very early puppets from 1940's. No box.
