Type SS Golly late 1940's. Most 1950's Gollies have eyes that look upwards, it is rare to find them looking sideways or down. (This is the second one I have ever seen here and in the same week!) This one looks sideways. The metal pin nose has minor paint loss. He has very good soft black rabbit fur hair The ribbon tied as a bow tie is very good. The colourful costume is excellent condition. The colours all matching well! He has super soft rabbit fur hair in good condition. Box is correctly stamped. (One previous owner)
