Type SS Dutch Boy, an early version of this common character. He has excellent clothes with felt hat and large baggy trousers in good condition. The felt waistcoat has good embroidered buttons. He has small lead hands. This puppet has wonky style upper limbs. The upper arms are rounded wood and the upper legs are toggles as shown in the photo, usually only used on SS Type Wonky era puppets. Box has a split and unstamped.
