Type SL White Rabbit from the Alice in Wonderland series of sought after puppets. White Rabbit is in very good condition with some of the usual ageing. The tabard with felt appliqued red hearts is very good, the felt hearts are perfect, they often suffer from moth damage. The two red ribbons are still tied in bows on the shoulders. The blue shirt is good. The fur trousers are yellowed and aged where they are seen, less so under the tabard. This is always seen on this type of fur fabric. White neck ruff is good. He has small composition hands. The sheepskin fur covered ears are stiff. The solid moulded composition head is good. This one has red painted whiskers, some don't. The box is stamped correctly and is shelf worn.
