Type SL John Bulldog. He is a rare puppet but has some ageing to his costume, the white trousers are yellowed at the waist. The plastic hands are yellowed. The strings have been replaced. The similar puppet John Bull with a different head is for sale on this site. Tthe box which is correct for era is damaged and very poor, but will accompany the puppet.
