Type SL Bom, the little drummer boy character created by Enid Blyton in 1950's. This version of Bom has a very nice dark skin tone which earlier moulded head characters were given. He has a hairline crack around his neck as shown in photos. Other than that, he is in immaculate condition with superb clean clothes and rust free bright screw eyes. I have lifted the flap of the hat up in one image to show the painted eyebrows. He is definitely the best Bom I have seen, it is a shame about the hairline crack but on display it doesn't show at all. The box is stamped SL Bom and comes with pre decimal instructions. It is in good condition.
