Type SS Russian Woman  late 1940's rare character, the SM opening mouth version of this puppet commands high prices.

She has come to the shop from the original first owner.

She has drop lead hands and wooden turned boots.

The puppet is in good condition with some general age related wear.

The floral cotton skirt has some age marks. She wears a cotton fabric waistcost with silk material full sleeves. 

The waistcoat has a hole where the string goes through which has worn to a larger hole.

She wears a thick felt bonnet with thick felt flowers, nice to see all are intact and this puppet hasn't been near moths! The bonnet has two ribbons.

She has black rabbit fur hair which is good.

The nose has some paint loss as seen by images.

The black toggle boots don't have much wear.

Box has some ageing.
