Type LB Parrot late 1940's early 50's.

Parrot is a difficult to operate puppet, his construction makes him difficult to walk and even photograph!

Parrot has good body paintwork, often this is flaked and scuffed.

He had previously been thread through with elastic, I have removed that and threaded him with the original Pelham waxed thread. The hole through the head doesn't go all way through so the knot is not in the usual place.

Felt parts are good with minor moth signs to wings and slightly to tail feathers.

Control has a hook screwed in for hanging him up.
