Muffin the Mule in very good condition with a good original square box. This is the early 1950's version of Muffin who was introduced again in the 1970's with a different material saddle and box. He has good thick blonde fur hair and seems to be rarer than the dark haired puppet although the original puppet had dark hair so is often preferred. He retains his bell and can stand well, elastics have not perished, and bob his head. He is made from a composition material and wood. The puppet has some minimal paint wear on the hooves but is generally very good. The box is good with writing on reverse. He measures approx 6" tall.
