MacBoozle Type SM
£120.00
Type SM MacBoozle 1940's era with the first style wooden flat hands and gold topped bottle!
Rare chance to own one of the first Pelham characters in lovely condition.
He has rare characteristics of the first MacBoozle, the flat wooden hands carrying a green bottle with gold painted top and a painted label.
He still has his hanky attacahed.
The wooden head has a pointed chin, face paint is very good.
The tartan wool skirt has no damage, this version has a black belt carrying the fur sporran, after this, the sporran was stapled to the skirt and body piece.
He still has his felt tongue.
The real fur hair is very good.
He has a very thick felt beret with the fur pom pom still on top. All in good condition.
The felt tabs on the socks are made from little pieces of ruffled material rather than the usual felt tabs.
He has been stored very carefully over the years, he has come to the shop from family of original owner. Even the strings were quite good and needed little attention.
Box has instructions and letter included. It has a split one end and has MacB handwritten on one end.
