Type LL Lulabelle early 1950's.

This 18" puppet is a difficult one to photograph.

She is in used condition with no major faults, just some general ageing.

She has nice real fur short hair, later types have long synthetic hair.

The face paint is good with big rubber painted lips.

She has lost both feathers at the side of her head.

The fur stole is missing some of it maybe, it is always glued to the body.

She carries both good maracas that rattle still.

Raffia skirt is a little scruffy.

The strings are original and how she arrived to me from the original owner who had a small collection. Black thread is aged but I am including some black replacement string rather than replace when it is still fine.

Box is the long large style. It has a split as shown.
