Type SM King, late 1940's era.

He is a delightful character and in amazing condition, this is one of the collection to the shop from the original owner, who used them for plays. The condition is very good considering these were used. Their wear only showing in the shoe paint.

King has the sought after half moon shape eyes, he retains all his hair on his face and head, often eyebrows etc are lost.

He wears the card crown with wooden dome with ball on top, this was only on the first versions, later ones don't have the wooden ball.

There are no defects I can see.

He comes with the home made cloak he was lovingly given back in 1950's.

Box is damp stained and has tape over one corner, it is stamped correctly. (All this collection has been moved around the various boxes. I am putting each of them in their original box even if it has been crossed out.
