Amazing homemade Robot puppet made out of wood and metal parts. The puppet is intricately made with lots of fun details. Robot was made by a puppet maker who had worked at the Pelham Puppet factory. This puppet was made in 1960's for the makers own use. A photo of the puppet being used in early 1960's will be included in the sale. We also have a Pilot puppet that was made by the same craftsman. It is strung on nylon thread on the continental style control with a separate bar for the leg strings. He moves as a robot should do and is an exciting piece of puppetry. He measures approx 12" tall and weighs heavy being solid wood. Please see all images.
