Type SL Pinocchio 1950's.
This model is the second type Pinocchios designed in 1953. The first style was the SS type with wooden head. This is the first Disney style.
He has a good head with no cracks or damage. The tiny felt tongue is half still attached,
Felt hat has lost the feather and is generally a bit aged.
The clothes are good with age related wear, there is minimal moth damage to felt parts.
The heavy shoes are scuffed and he has seen some use which is nice to know.
Restrung with new linen thread.
(The head has a little rattle which is very common and means a little hardened glue residue is inside the mould, there is no damage to worry about)
Box is worn with correct stamp one end.
