Type JC Dixie Unboxed
Type JC Dixie one of the Hanna Barbera characters of the Huckleberry Hound show in late 1958 to 1960's. Pixie is the other mouse in the series with Huckleberry Hound, Mr Jinks and Yogi Bear. Both Pixie and Dixie have larger ears than the typical mouse made by Pelham Puppets and other subtle differences.
Dixie is in used condition.
He wears an aged yellow felt waistcoat with trim and has a black felt tuft on his head.
The waistcoat is usually stuck to the side of the body and the glue residue is still on the inner sides of the waistcoat.
The two felt ears are good with minor ageing. He retains both sets of whiskers, at manufacture he has been given two extra drilled holes which would have been an error, he only has one set of whiskers.
Strung on single bar control with continuous thread from hand to hand and elastic to the middle.
No box.
