Type SM MacBoozle early 1950's for restringing.
He has a great face with paint still vibrant.
Felt ebret with pom pom is good. Clothes are dusty and aged with some damage.
The hand not carrying the bottle has an extra large hole plus a hole for the hanky which is missing.
The sheepskin fur hair is very full, just dusty.
He would be good if he was cleaned and restrung.
