Type SL Sarah Swede from the trio in the TV show Whirligig, 1950's that includes Mr turnip and Colonel Beetroot. She is a rare character to find. As you see she needs restoration. The head is excellent with no damage, she does not even have any paint loss on her eyes and both ears are well painted with green paint and have no chips or damage. She has very poor hair which is shedding heavily and will need removing and replacing. The dress is crumpled with only a few small moth holes. The apron made from seersucker material only has the two leg holes in it and is therefore good. She is missing her shawl. The bonnet which is often missing, is very damaged ... but.. it is only the felt that's badly moth eaten. The lace trim and ribbon are still intact. The hat could therefore be used as a template for a new one. With a new bonnet, new shawl and new hair, she would be good! She will come with her original poor box with no label and her original poor control.
