Type SL King with moulded crown. He is the first version of the SL type King, later editions had a felt crown. The puppet is in good condition. Often the prongs of the yellow moulded crown have snapped as this one has done. The two snapped prongs have been reglued in the past. The King wears a red gown with very full sleeves. He wears a gold coloured vest with felt belt. He has very good full real fur hair. He has his gold medallion and chain, these are sometimes missing as they can be removed from the puppet. Later medallions are on a piece of ribbon. He has the 1963 label on his cloak. The box is good with the name stamp one end. Instructions are included.
