Type SL Bulldog with 1963 label attached to the sweater. He is in excellent condition. The Bulldog puppet is one of the rarest 1963 animals designed by Peter Carter-Page. He can be found wearing a green sweater or navy blue. Green is more often seen. This puppet has the sweater which is not knitted and often seen in holes or shrunk, but is made from a fabric knitted type of material. The puppet has been restrung. ( several from this collection have been restrung, possibly professionally ) The original stamped box has shelf wear. Instructions are included.
