Type A Mother Dragon.

Mother Dragon is the first style with long fangs, later editions had short fangs as the early ones snapped and broke. 

She is a large heavy puppet, the tail made from large graduated wooden balls.

She has a bright pink painted stomach.

She is in good condition, the wings lift and the jaw lowers using the replaced elastic bands. The 1963 label is sewn on the underside of the wing.

Original bands would have perished over the years.

Box has a replacement piece of paper with Dragon on it in the same type face as the Pelham names, so I think this may have been done at the factory? Underneath it is Wolf.
