Punch and Judy glove puppets from the 1950's era. The clothes are material with felt additions, later types had felt bodies. All five are in very much the same condition. Clothes are all free from holes but could do with a gentle wash. All heads are good and free from cracks. Punch has a stuffed hump and stuffed hat, his ruff is stained where it has been creased. Judy has some scuffs to her head, I wonder if she has lost a cap? Policeman has a chip to the front of his hard hat. Toby the dog is good. The Hangman has a black dress with cape and a loose felt collar. All have Pelham tags on the clothes. Then there is an amazing 1950's Punch and Judy theatre, it has stylistic 50's drawings of the puppets. The material is faded in places and a little dirty maybe. It is complete and just needs a new frame to be fully working for a child to use. These are all being sold together for the moment as these were bought together with the stage from the same toy shop.
